The Indiana Institute for Behavior Analysis (TIIBA) was established in 2011 and provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to individuals diagnosed with Autism. We have center locations in Indianapolis and Evansville, and are expanding in 2025 to provide community based therapy services in central and southern Indiana.

Position Summary:
The BCBA position manages a caseload of 6-8 clients by overseeing critical touchpoints in each client’s prescribed plan of care. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, collaborate internally and externally, and train and support technicians. This position will be responsible for:
Requirements
- Conducting Assessments using the VB-MAPP, EFLS, AFLS, and other assessment tools
- Completing authorization (and re-authorization) packets that reflect medical necessity and support treatment plan recommendations
- Utilizing a verbal behavior approach in treatment planning
- Weekly monitoring of and updating client skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Training, directing and supervising Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians
- Implementing Precision Teaching (PT) programs and using the Standard Celeration Chart
- Providing parent meetings and giving feedback to parents using BST
- Conducting and modeling 1:1 therapy sessions as needed
- Advocating for families and working collaboratively with school personnel in the IEP Process
- Executing crisis management procedures
- Maintaining confidentiality and following the BACB Ethics Code
- Modeling professional leadership behaviors within various treatment settings
- Must be able to receive and respond to detailed information through oral and verbal communication
- Ability to use word processing program and emails.
